We deliver AI-vetted, ready-to-place long-term candidates faster than traditional recruiting teams. Why this role We need a senior industry insider with deep Nashville-area relationships to open doors to staffing firms, home health agencies, and home care placement companies — and turn those relationships into paid pilots and ongoing candidate-supply partnerships. What you'll do Activate your network to secure warm partner meetings quickly Position our candidate-supply offering clearly and credibly Lead partner conversations, pilots, and agreement negotiations Help define "ready-to-place" standards by role and partner type Stay close through early handoffs to ensure partner confidence and repeat usage Success in first 90 days 8–12 warm partner meetings 2–3 paid pilots 1–2 ongoing partner agreements A repeatable partner acquisition + handoff playbook Who you are (deep experience) 10–20+ years in healthcare staffing Proven history closing staffing partnerships/accounts Real Nashville-area relationships you can activate immediately Strong operator knowledge of credentialing/compliance expectations and long-term placement realities High-autonomy, results-driven, comfortable in fractional roles About RYZ Labs: RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
