This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Impact & Knowledge Management Lead based in Canada. This is a strategic opportunity to strengthen how an international organization measures impact, integrates data, and turns evidence into actionable knowledge. You will help shape organization-wide measurement frameworks, reporting systems, dashboards, and knowledge products that support informed decision-making. Working across program teams, technical leaders, IT, and senior leadership, you will connect data and evidence with organizational strategy and performance. The role combines hands-on data integration with research, learning, and performance management responsibilities. You will contribute to demonstrating impact across agri-food and inclusive market systems while strengthening organizational accountability and learning. This position is well suited to an experienced international development professional who enjoys translating complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations. Impact Measurement & Data Integration: Support the development and implementation of organization-wide impact measurement systems, frameworks, and key metrics aligned with strategic priorities. Coordinate the integration and streamlining of databases, CRM systems, project systems, and business intelligence dashboards to improve the consistency and efficiency of organizational reporting. Ensure datasets are clean, validated, harmonized, and accessible across regions and departments, while identifying data gaps and contributing to system improvements. Support data governance, standardization, and metadata practices to strengthen the quality and reliability of organizational information. Organizational Reporting & Performance Management: Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly performance reports and annual results summaries, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, KPIs, and donor requirements. Manage and continuously improve the organization’s Balanced Scorecard in collaboration with leadership and functional teams. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools that communicate performance trends and insights clearly to senior leadership and Board-level audiences. Knowledge Management, Research & Learning: Partner with technical leads and project teams to develop research and knowledge products, including case studies, learning briefs, synthesis reports, and sector analyses. Synthesize data and evidence to demonstrate contributions to agri-food systems, inclusive market systems, communities, and broader development outcomes. Coordinate selected summative and ex-post evaluations, thought leadership initiatives, and systematic capture of lessons learned and best practices. Contribute to strengthening the organization’s evidence base and Theory of Change. Capacity Strengthening & Quality Assurance: Provide technical guidance to project teams on data, reporting, learning, and knowledge management processes while supporting quality assurance across data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with regional IKM leads, technical teams, IT, and communications to align data, reporting, and knowledge outputs. Help strengthen staff capabilities in data use, reporting standards, and knowledge management while promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous learning. Support strategic initiatives led by the Director and coordinate with external consultants on research and evaluation projects as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree combined with a relevant professional qualification in a related field. At least 7 years of professional experience in international development , including substantial experience with research and impact measurement.
