Build relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels, from start-up founders and business owners through to directors, finance leaders, and C-suite executives. Introduce prospects to relevant internal specialists and support functions, ensuring clients receive the appropriate expertise throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including sales activity, prospect status, next steps, and opportunity information. Conduct market analysis, monitor industry developments, and participate in relevant events to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen market knowledge. Requirements: 2–5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within foreign exchange, international payments, commercial payments, or a related financial technology environment. Practical understanding of financial markets and instruments, including spot transactions, forwards, derivatives, FX, payments, risk management, and/or hedging solutions. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of acquiring new customers and achieving or exceeding revenue and performance targets. Experience with consultative selling, corporate negotiations, prospecting, networking events, trade fairs, cold calling, and other proactive business development activities. Strong understanding of international and bulk payment processing, accounting systems, payment technologies, and platform integrations. Financially astute, commercially minded, and comfortable translating complex financial or payment concepts into clear business value for customers. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
