This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer based in the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for a highly organized talent professional to support recruiting operations while building strong candidate pipelines. You’ll partner closely with Talent leadership and hiring managers to coordinate seamless interview processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role combines hands-on recruiting coordination with proactive sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search. You’ll support hiring across go-to-market and other business functions in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly contribute to attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent as the organization continues to scale. There is also significant scope to improve recruiting processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and introduce scalable solutions. Success will require strong judgment, attention to detail, ownership, adaptability, and a genuine interest in building better talent experiences. Partner with Talent leadership and hiring managers to coordinate and streamline interview processes, ensuring schedules, logistics, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently. Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics across open requisitions, maintaining a responsive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Support job creation, onboarding coordination, background checks, reference checks, and other recruiting activities as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information within the ATS and help standardize and document recruiting processes. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other creative channels, with a particular focus on engaging passive talent. Build consistent talent pipelines and develop innovative, scalable sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill positions. Review resumes and, as experience develops, screen candidates against baseline qualifications and role requirements, identifying strong profiles and flagging clear mismatches. Build productive relationships with hiring managers, interview panels, candidates, and cross-functional partners while communicating clearly and proactively. Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase efficiency without compromising personalization or candidate quality. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while protecting data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and overall process quality. Requirements 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically combining recruiting coordination and sourcing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience supporting go-to-market hiring, such as Sales, Account Executive, Implementation, Customer Success, or Product roles. Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, interview scheduling, and sourcing technologies, including LinkedIn or comparable recruiting platforms. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment when managing recruiting processes and stakeholder relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt communication to different audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing complex scheduling, candidate information, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with evolving responsibilities and shifting hiring needs. A creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to work, combined with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
