Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing/Communications Specialist I based in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage digital advertising strategies across search, social, display, and video channels. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, combining campaign execution, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. The role is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on translating campaign results into actionable improvements. You will work closely with analytics, advertising operations, innovation, and sales teams in a collaborative environment. A key part of the position involves building trusted client relationships and communicating performance insights clearly and confidently. Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, display, and video advertising platforms. Tailor advertising content, messaging, and targeting strategies to specific audiences, platforms, and client objectives. Manage assigned client accounts, monitoring performance and making independent tactical decisions to improve campaign outcomes. Conduct keyword research, create and optimize advertisements, manage audience targeting, and track campaign performance. Analyze advertising data and translate performance results into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Become proficient in analytics dashboards and campaign management systems to monitor effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Prepare monthly performance reports and lead strategic performance review consultations with clients through video meetings and email. Share cross-channel performance insights with clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders, highlighting audience responsiveness and campaign effectiveness. Troubleshoot advertising issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution, strong client satisfaction, and account retention. Collaborate with Analytics, Innovation, Advertising Operations, and Sales teams to support campaign execution and new product opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign optimizations, decisions, and recommendations in Salesforce. Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improved digital marketing performance. Travel up to 5% as needed for client meetings or team events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience, or approximately 4 years of relevant experience without a degree. 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, SEM, paid social, display/video advertising, or a related digital marketing discipline. Strong understanding of search engine marketing, website and advertising analytics, digital content strategy, and paid media. Ability to understand client objectives and translate business goals into effective advertising recommendations. Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Fluency's Backpack, and Salesforce/SFX. Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients. Strong client relationship, time-management, organization, and email-management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
