This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, People Analytics based in Canada. As Manager, People Analytics, you’ll lead enterprise-wide workforce reporting and analytics across a complex, multi-site organization in Canada and the U.S. You’ll turn people data into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions across recruitment, retention, reward, performance, learning, and talent. The role combines advanced analytics, data visualization, statistical modelling, and strategic business partnership. You’ll own critical reporting suites and dashboards while improving automation, data quality, governance, and self-service capabilities. Your insights will help identify workforce risks, measure people investments, and connect employee trends to broader operational outcomes. You’ll work closely with People, Recruitment, Operations Analytics, Finance, and executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted analytics expert. This is an opportunity to build and scale a modern people analytics capability with visible impact on organizational performance. Own the enterprise people reporting suite, delivering accurate weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc workforce reporting for operational and executive audiences. Develop and maintain recruitment and workforce dashboards covering metrics such as open roles, time-to-fill, time-to-start, vacancy rates, recruitment activity, recruiter productivity, and hiring pipeline health. Lead enterprise turnover, retention, and workforce stability reporting, including trend analysis, monthly business reviews, leadership reporting, and analysis of voluntary and involuntary departures. Use workforce, exit interview, engagement, performance, and employee movement data to identify root causes, emerging risks, retention opportunities, and employee experience trends. Apply statistical techniques such as trend analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling to generate actionable insights. Develop analytics and models supporting compensation, incentives, pay equity, internal equity, market competitiveness, promotion, and reward effectiveness. Evaluate learning, leadership development, succession, career progression, and talent programs through meaningful metrics and return-on-investment analysis. Connect people metrics to business and operational outcomes, developing forward-looking insights and recommendations for leaders. Design intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and executive reporting that make complex workforce trends, risks, and opportunities easy to understand. Establish consistent people metric definitions, reporting standards, data governance practices, and data-quality controls across systems and dashboards. Partner with People Technology, Recruitment, Operations Analytics, Finance, and business leaders to improve reporting automation, analytics capabilities, and self-service access to workforce data. Serve as the People function’s subject matter expert for people analytics, influencing strategic decisions through evidence-based insights and recommendations. Help develop a scalable people analytics capability that supports continued organizational growth and strengthens data-driven decision-making across the organization. Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical discipline. Demonstrated experience creating intuitive dashboards, reporting suites, and executive-level analytics that are visually clear, accessible, and actionable. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into compelling recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
