This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer – Enterprise & Finance Systems based in India. This role offers the opportunity to own and evolve Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced, global B2B SaaS environment. You will work across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms, including MuleSoft and NetSuite, to build scalable and reliable business solutions. The position combines hands-on development with integration architecture, system performance, data quality, and technical problem-solving. You will contribute to complex projects involving high-volume data migrations, cross-system workflows, and finance operations. The role also encourages the use of AI-powered development tools to improve engineering velocity, quality, and documentation. You will collaborate asynchronously with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation. Contribute to architecture and design discussions for solutions spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems. Implement components, interfaces, integrations, and services while ensuring alignment with the broader system architecture and dependencies. Participate in cross-functional projects involving multiple enterprise applications, balancing delivery speed, technical quality, maintainability, and business requirements. Develop robust solutions for complex challenges such as high-volume data migration, synchronization, and cross-system workflows. Support finance-related workflows and provide technical guidance around enterprise processes involving Salesforce and ERP systems. Use MuleSoft or other middleware technologies to implement and operationalize integration architectures. Champion system quality through comprehensive unit testing, regression testing, data validation, and proactive quality improvements. Lead investigation and debugging of complex cross-system issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes. Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability while proactively identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement. Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, optimize solutions, support code reviews, improve quality assurance, and automate technical documentation. Drive a transformation mindset by creating automated processes, improving data quality, developing proactive interventions, and evolving CRM capabilities as business needs change. Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams using clear, concise, and asynchronous communication. Requirements 4–6 years of hands-on professional experience as a Salesforce Developer. Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, Profiles, and declarative automation. Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and dependencies, particularly across Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, or comparable platforms. Practical experience with MuleSoft or another middleware/integration platform. Experience working with finance-related enterprise workflows and a good understanding of B2B SaaS finance operations; NetSuite or another ERP platform experience is a strong advantage. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-system behaviors, integration failures, and data-related issues. Experience with Salesforce development and testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector and Developer Console. Proficiency in SQL and SOQL, Salesforce reporting, data import tools, and Postman. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sale
