This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Lead based in United States. This is a senior-level consulting opportunity focused on designing and delivering enterprise integration and reporting solutions for utility clients across the U.S. and Canada. You will serve as the technical authority across the Oracle Utilities Meter-to-Cash ecosystem, including MDM, CC&B, ODM, and OUA. The role combines solution architecture, hands-on technical expertise, client advisory, and leadership of developers and analysts. You will shape scalable integration patterns, resolve complex data challenges, and ensure solutions align with evolving Oracle Utilities capabilities. Working closely with technical architects and client stakeholders, you will turn complex business requirements into robust and defensible architectures. The environment is fast-paced and business-critical, requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and a consistent commitment to quality. This is a fully remote U.S. position with significant client travel and substantial influence over solution design and delivery. Serve as the senior integration and reporting authority on client engagements, owning end-to-end solution design across Oracle Utilities MDM, CC&B, ODM, and OUA. Architect and govern data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), establishing standards, reusable patterns, and frameworks for delivery teams. Design and lead enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions using Oracle technologies such as OUA, OBIEE, and OBIU. Partner with technical architects and client stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, coherent, and defensible solution architectures. Apply deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Meter-to-Cash ecosystem to guide cross-component architectural and integration decisions. Lead root cause analysis for complex integration, data synchronization, and reporting issues, ensuring teams implement durable solutions rather than temporary fixes. Keep integration and reporting solutions aligned with Oracle's evolving Utilities product and reporting roadmap, particularly across MDM and CC&B. Provide technical leadership, design reviews, guidance, and mentorship to developers and junior team members. Establish and enforce standards for solution quality, performance, architecture, and delivery across integration and reporting workstreams. Act as a trusted senior technical advisor to clients, explaining architecture, technical trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining delivery quality and meeting time-sensitive project commitments. Maintain a reliable remote working environment and participate in client engagements, meetings, and critical project activities across relevant time zones. Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data integration and reporting, ideally with experience operating at Solution Architect or equivalent senior consulting level. Advanced proficiency in SQL and XML, including the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot solutions at enterprise scale. Demonstrated experience designing and governing complex, multi-component enterprise integration architectures. Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g/12c. Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and enterprise reporting and business intelligence platforms such as OBIEE, Cognos, or comparable technologies. Strong understanding of ETL processing, enterprise data integration patterns, and data architecture. Experience across Oracle, Cognos, Microsoft analytics products, SQL, and business intelligence environments. Proven ability to lead technical teams, own solution architecture, review technical work, and serve as a senior point of contact for clients. Hands
