This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in the United States. The Senior Data Analyst will support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams by turning complex operational and financial data into actionable insights. This role combines advanced analytics, reporting, data validation, and business partnership to improve performance and decision-making. You will work closely with operational leaders, clients, analytics professionals, and Business Intelligence teams to understand business needs and deliver meaningful reporting solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence process improvement through accurate KPIs, trend analysis, and data-driven recommendations. You will independently manage analytical projects while contributing to broader reporting initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, healthcare or revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform analytical projects that help Revenue Cycle Operations monitor performance, identify opportunities, and achieve operational and financial objectives. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, performance metrics, reporting requirements, and analytical solutions. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Partner with operational stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate reporting needs into effective analytical solutions. Develop, maintain, and validate reports, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy. Present analytical findings, reporting results, trends, and recommendations to department leaders and business partners in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with Business Intelligence Developers on report development, testing, enhancements, and ongoing reporting initiatives. Build strong working relationships with operational teams, clients, analytics professionals, and other business stakeholders. Support data quality initiatives by validating calculations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring reporting outputs are accurate and reliable. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by using data and analytical insights to support better processes and business outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Business Intelligence, Revenue Accounting, or a related analytical field. Experience supporting executive leadership through advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights. Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle metrics, operational reporting, KPI measurement, and healthcare-related analytics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Advanced SQL and experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Qlik are advantageous. Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Meditech, Oracle, Medhost, FinThrive, SSI, Experian, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to interpret complex reports and dashboards and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
