This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Account Manager based in United States. This is an opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B customers in a SaaS environment. You will serve as a strategic point of contact, helping customers maximize adoption, business value, and long-term success. The role combines account management, consultative selling, renewal negotiation, and expansion strategy. You will build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from users to senior executives. Success will depend on your ability to identify risks, uncover growth opportunities, and consistently deliver against revenue targets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams. This remote role is suited to a commercially minded professional who thrives on ownership, complex sales cycles, and measurable customer impact. Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customer accounts, serving as the primary business point of contact and building trusted relationships across multiple levels of each organization. Conduct regular business reviews and customer engagements to increase product adoption, demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and support customers in achieving their business objectives. Proactively identify at-risk accounts, diagnose potential barriers to retention, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes. Drive renewals and expansion opportunities by developing account growth plans, creating quotes, managing sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurate revenue forecasts, working toward and exceeding established sales and revenue targets. Research customer organizations and understand their business processes, priorities, and growth opportunities in order to provide relevant, consultative recommendations. Maintain accurate account information, customer activity, pipeline data, and forecasts within Salesforce and other relevant sales tools. Stay current on the commercial service contractor industry, product capabilities, and sales methodologies through ongoing training and certification. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure a coordinated customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 4+ years of account management or comparable B2B sales experience. Proven success managing customer relationships, retaining accounts, growing revenue, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, with a solid understanding of consultative selling and the B2B sales cycle. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations, including executive audiences. Strong presentation, reporting, negotiation, and business communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent listening, discovery, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first approach to understanding business needs and recommending solutions. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, customer engagements, sales opportunities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful, intellectually curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of challenges and driving initiatives through to completion. Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace and Salesforce; familiarity with Gong, Zoom, or Google Meet is preferred. Previous experience with remote customer management and some travel experience is preferred; the role may require travel of less than 15%.
