This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Funnels/Workflow based in Spain. As Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategy and roadmap for two high-impact products focused on customer acquisition, monetization, and subscriber growth. You will lead the evolution of workflow automation and web-to-app conversion experiences that help developers turn subscriber behavior and web traffic into revenue. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth experimentation, analytics, UX, and highly technical infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, go-to-market teams, customers, and senior leadership to identify opportunities and turn them into scalable products. A strong analytical mindset will be essential, with hands-on use of data and metrics to understand customer behavior and guide product decisions. You will also need enough technical depth to understand APIs, data models, system architecture, and complex product logic while collaborating independently with engineering teams. This is a high-ownership, remote-first opportunity where your work can directly influence how millions of end users discover, purchase, and engage with subscription products. Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Funnels and Workflows product areas. Define a cohesive product direction that prioritizes customer value, business impact, experimentation, and sustainable growth. Lead the development of Workflows as an orchestration engine for paywalls, win-back offers, lifecycle campaigns, and other experiences triggered by subscriber behavior. Drive the evolution of Funnels as a web-to-app product designed to convert web traffic into paying mobile subscribers. Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand use cases, uncover adoption barriers, identify feature gaps, and help customers improve monetization outcomes. Proactively investigate customer and product problems rather than relying entirely on engineering or support teams to identify and diagnose issues. Partner with growth teams and customers to understand their objectives, challenges, experimentation needs, and monetization strategies. Identify, prioritize, and develop product features that allow customers to create compelling experiences, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly. Establish robust product metrics and use quantitative analysis to evaluate adoption, conversion, retention, revenue impact, and overall product performance. Work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate product opportunities into scalable solutions and bring them successfully to market. Understand the technical infrastructure behind the products and make informed decisions about APIs, data models, system complexity, risk logic, and dependencies. Break ambitious product initiatives into meaningful, achievable increments with clear priorities and realistic timelines. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to communicate product opportunities, strategy, progress, trade-offs, and expected impact. Continuously experiment, learn from results, and refine product strategy based on customer feedback and data. Act as a strong advocate for customers while maintaining a clear focus on helping them increase revenue, conversion, and subscriber growth. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product engineering, analytics, or a closely related discipline, with meaningful experience contributing to the growth of mobile applications. Strong analytical capabilities and significant experience working directly with data to inform product strategy and decision-making. Advanced proficiency in SQL or comparable analytical tools, with the ability and willingness to independently investigate data and uncover actionable insights. Experience developing, defining, and maintaining robust and scala
