Contribute to security, privacy, and data-governance initiatives, including practices related to LGPD and data anonymization . Requirements: Solid professional experience in Backend development with Python . Strong experience designing and building microservices architectures and decoupling monolithic systems. Practical experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms , ideally in large-scale or production environments. Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging , particularly Kafka and/or RabbitMQ, combined with RESTful API development. Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools , such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity and code quality. Strong software quality mindset, including unit and integration testing, code reviews, and automated quality practices. Experience with technical documentation and architectural practices such as RFCs, ADRs, and System Design . Experience with observability and APM solutions, such as New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar technologies . High degree of autonomy, ownership, self-management, and proactivity when working across multiple teams and technical domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the communication skills needed to align technical decisions and integration contracts. Knowledge or previous experience with .NET/C# is a plus, particularly for understanding and modernizing legacy environments. Familiarity with security practices
