This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a System/Site Designer based in United States. This is an opportunity for a skilled designer to lead projects from early concepts through detailed design development and final site layouts. You will create accurate, professional 2D and 3D drawings that support customers, certification agencies, permitting authorities, sales teams, and internal operations. The role combines technical design expertise with practical problem-solving, requiring close collaboration across engineering, sales, and design functions. You will work extensively with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and cloud-based technologies while helping establish and improve design standards. Your work will directly contribute to manufacturable, compliant, and visually compelling project solutions. Lead the design and development of projects from initial concepts through detailed design and site layout. Use Revit to create and maintain designs for customers, certification agencies, local jurisdictions, and internal operations teams. Produce accurate 2D and 3D project drawings and renderings using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and cloud-based technologies. Analyze drawings and project requirements to determine material schedules, equipment schedules, and material takeoffs. Develop designs from technical specifications, customer drawings, internal documentation, hand sketches, scanned images, geographic data, government drawings, and general specifications. Consult with clients to understand project requirements and translate their needs into effective design solutions. Support sales activities by preparing professional drawing packages for bids and proposals. Partner with engineering teams to prepare submittal packages required for certifications and permitting. Identify and resolve complex design challenges using practical, innovative, and manufacturable solutions. Conduct thorough self-checks to ensure drawings are complete, accurate, compliant with applicable standards, and suitable for manufacturing and implementation. Serve as a key resource for Revit setup and standards, including templates, families, shared parameters, and annotation standards. Help evaluate and implement workflow improvements that strengthen documentation standards and efficiency. Collaborate with design leads on content and library management. Ensure designs and work practices comply with applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory requirements, and safety policies. Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant design or drafting experience, including exposure to Revit standards, templates, or organization-wide content management. Experience with Autodesk design products, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D . Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design principles. Ability to interpret technical specifications and recommend appropriate design improvements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, complete, compliant, and manufacturable designs. Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and design professionals. An associate degree from an accredited CAD training program is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex design issues. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and the ability to work in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
