This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager based in the United States. The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead a broad portfolio of B2B marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, digital channels, partnerships, and internal communications. You’ll play a central role in connecting marketing strategy with sales objectives and measurable revenue outcomes. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across events, partner marketing, email, social media, advertising, and web programs. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and accelerate growth. Data, campaign performance, and customer engagement insights will guide decisions and continuous optimization. This fully remote opportunity is well suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys managing multiple programs and turning ideas into measurable business impact. Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns aligned with business priorities, partner objectives, and revenue goals. Plan and coordinate corporate events, industry tradeshows, client gatherings, sponsorships, and other marketing activations from strategy through execution. Build event go-to-market strategies, account maps, client outreach plans, revenue-generation initiatives, and event logistics. Partner with sales teams to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities, and develop initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth. Develop and maintain co-marketing programs with technology and strategic partners, including joint events, campaigns, business planning, and market positioning. Manage digital marketing programs through Pardot and Salesforce, including email campaigns, newsletters, forms, lead uploads, campaign tracking, and dashboards. Ensure marketing activity is connected to Salesforce metrics and analyze engagement, opportunities, investment, and ROI. Own social media planning and execution, particularly LinkedIn campaigns supporting events, solutions, content, and internal awareness. Support website publishing, content updates, digital advertising, and performance reporting across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. Contribute to blogs, sales materials, newsletters, client communications, and other content initiatives. Analyze campaign and program performance to identify trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while coordinating multiple initiatives and deadlines. Requirements: 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience , preferably in technology, consulting, SaaS, digital services, or partner ecosystems. Strong hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce , including campaign management, reporting, and marketing administration. Proven experience managing both large-scale industry events and smaller client-focused gatherings. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support sales and business growth. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, communicate trends, and evaluate campaign performance and ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strong program management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
