This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technician Master based in the United States. This role is responsible for advanced technical service, installation, repair, diagnostics, and delivery of complex rehabilitation equipment designed to support client mobility and independence. You will serve as a technical expert across a regional territory, working with sophisticated mechanical, electronic, and specialty control systems. The position combines hands-on technical work with technician training, troubleshooting, customer education, and operational leadership. You will help maintain high standards for equipment safety, reliability, documentation, and customer satisfaction. The role also provides an opportunity to mentor technicians, support technical initiatives, and drive improvements in service performance across branches. Success requires strong diagnostic expertise, practical problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and confidence working independently in a field-based environment. Frequent travel is an important part of the position, with opportunities to make a direct and meaningful difference in the lives of people who rely on complex mobility solutions. Perform advanced testing, diagnostics, servicing, repair, assembly, installation, adjustment, modification, and maintenance of client-owned, rental, and loaner complex rehabilitation equipment. Set up, coordinate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialty control systems across the assigned region, including advanced electronic programming and diagnostics. Access current manufacturer information and technological developments to support equipment installations, repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement. Develop expert knowledge of the equipment portfolio and apply it to assembly, installation, modifications, moldings, repairs, programming, and troubleshooting. Lead and support the training and onboarding of technicians at multiple skill levels, helping team members progress through established career and certification programs. Complete required Master Technician training curricula and participate in the Technician Training & Leadership Program. Promote technical service initiatives at branch and regional levels, monitor progress, and communicate results to leadership. Provide remote technical diagnosis and guidance in accordance with established technical service policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve branch performance where technical service KPIs fall below national expectations and support corrective actions. Deliver, transfer, and install equipment while ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Educate customers and caregivers on the appropriate use, maintenance, and safety of equipment. Maintain strong customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and communicating relevant product or service feedback to appropriate personnel. Maintain delivery vehicles, repair shops, and warehouses in clean, safe, and compliant condition, following applicable accreditation standards and local requirements. Maintain accountability for productivity and performance standards for technicians operating under training protocols. Prepare, route, and execute delivery schedules while coordinating multiple priorities and service requirements. Travel approximately 50–75% across the assigned territory and perform other duties as required to support technical operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; four or more years of experience in complex rehabilitation technology (CRT) or a related technical field. Demonstrated experience assembling and/or repairing mechanical or electronic devices, with strong hands-on technical aptitude.
