This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Specialist III based in the United States. This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on delivering complex healthcare data integration projects with a high degree of ownership. You will help connect healthcare data across platforms and client systems, supporting reliable data flows and successful implementations. The role combines interface development, troubleshooting, data analysis, issue resolution, and integration optimization. You will work with internal teams and clients to solve technical challenges and improve integration workflows from implementation through go-live. Your expertise will contribute to technology solutions that improve healthcare operations, data connectivity, and the patient experience. The environment is collaborative and fast-moving, with opportunities to work independently while contributing to multiple projects and broader team initiatives. This position is well suited to a detail-oriented integration professional who enjoys solving problems and working with healthcare data. Execute complex interface and integration projects with limited guidance, taking ownership of implementation activities through completion. Organize, manage, and drive issue resolution and optimization efforts across assigned projects and programs. Support healthcare data exchange using technologies and formats such as HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, and XML. Use Rhapsody Interface Engine or equivalent interface-engine technology to develop, support, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows. Investigate and resolve client integration issues by applying knowledge of business workflows and interface data flows. Apply data extraction, validation, basic coding, and SQL/query skills to support implementations and integration improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and clients to identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements. Support client go-lives outside standard business hours when required and participate in periodic on-call coverage. Contribute to initiatives across Deployment or Development teams and support broader organizational goals when opportunities arise. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Experience using Rhapsody Interface Engine or another comparable interface-engine platform. Strong understanding of data and data extraction solutions. Basic programming or scripting capabilities using technologies such as JavaScript, C++, SQL, or equivalent. Foundational knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards, including HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, and XML. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, ask effective questions, participate in meetings, and deliver concise training. Strong attention to detail, including the ability to review written materials, present numerical information effectively, and adapt communication to different audiences. Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple projects and programs simultaneously. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Willingness to participate in on-call coverage for approximately one week at a time several times per year. Willingness to provide after-hours support when required for client go-lives. Preferred: Orion Rhapsody Associate-level certification or equivalent training. Preferred: Basic understanding of workflows across the technology stack and experience contributing to innovative, collaborative environments. Demonstrated openness to different perspectives, constructive feedback, shared accountability, and team-oriented problem solving. Benefits: Base salary range of $50,461–$142,643.10 per year , with individual compensation base
