This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Canada. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping talent strategy within a fast-growing, AI-focused SaaS environment. You will partner closely with go-to-market leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product. The role combines hands-on recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and strategic workforce support. You’ll build relationships with passive candidates and hiring leaders while delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience. You’ll also help evolve recruitment through AI, data, technology, and modern talent acquisition practices. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to influence how a growing organization attracts exceptional talent. You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first environment that values learning, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Build and nurture qualified, diverse talent pipelines for go-to-market and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through market research, networking, direct outreach, and established headhunting techniques. Develop long-term talent networks that align people, skills, leadership competencies, and organizational hiring needs. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide recruiting expertise, manage expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Serve as an external employer brand ambassador by networking, sourcing talent, and representing the organization across relevant social media and professional channels. Help leaders incorporate core competencies into hiring strategies and develop comprehensive, consistent interview assessments. Leverage AI and emerging talent acquisition technologies to improve recruiting efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and modernize sourcing and hiring practices. Use recruitment data and technology to monitor key talent acquisition metrics, identify trends, and improve processes and outcomes. Maintain current knowledge of employment practices, recruitment trends, market conditions, and relevant policies to provide informed guidance to hiring stakeholders and candidates. Requirements: 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, including demonstrated success hiring for go-to-market and technical positions within SaaS or technology environments. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders, understand hiring needs, provide consultative guidance, and manage expectations effectively. Strong candidate relationship-building skills, with a genuine ability to establish trust and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience. Experience with compensation evaluation and negotiation; international recruiting experience is an asset. Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, with the ability to use technology to improve workflows, efficiency, reporting, and hiring metrics. Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS is strongly preferred. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable talent strategies. Curiosity and adaptability toward AI and emerging recruitment technologies, with an interest in experimenting with tools that improve sourcing, assessment, and decision-making.
