This role sits within a sophisticated investment organization and serves as a key bridge between investment expertise and regional wealth management teams. You will partner closely with financial advisors to deliver portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment guidance for high-net-worth clients. The position combines client engagement, investment thought leadership, quantitative analysis, and strategic relationship management. You will act as a trusted local representative of the investment function, helping advisors apply investment philosophy and solutions effectively. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to industry research, market insights, and the continued development of investment practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wealth management professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Partner with financial advisors to develop and deliver portfolio construction, asset location, investment vehicle selection, and other investment recommendations for a select group of high-net-worth clients. Serve as a trusted investment resource for regional advisor teams and high-net-worth clients, providing expert guidance on investment philosophy, processes, and available solutions. Provide thought leadership, portfolio construction expertise, analytical support, and investment service to local advisory teams. Support advisor teams in completing annual portfolio reviews and related regulatory reviews in accordance with investment and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional offices, advisors, and key client relationships through regular engagement and occasional travel. Monitor industry developments, market trends, investment research, and emerging opportunities through professional associations, events, and independent research. Collaborate with investment professionals and distributed stakeholders across the United States to deliver consistent, high-quality investment support. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of investment strategies, processes, and client-facing resources. Requirements 10+ years of client-facing wealth management experience preferred, ideally within an independent wealth management firm, registered investment adviser, or comparable environment. Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment products, and wealth management principles. Experience with private market investments, alternative investment solutions, and quantitative or factor-based investing is a plus. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret investment data and translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated investment concepts clearly to advisors and high-net-worth clients. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders working across geographically distributed teams. Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative investment organization. Series 65 registration is required unless exempt through an applicable professional designation such as CFA or CFP. MBA, CFA, or comparable advanced financial qualification is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally to support regional offices and key client relationships. Comfortable working in a professional office environment and performing standard workstation-based duties. Benefits Base salary range of $170,000–$225,000 USD , depending on geographic location, experience, education, skills, and licenses or certifications. Eligibility for additional incentive compensation through applicable company incentive programs. H
