Our partner is looking for a Virtual Entry-Level Specialist | Client Services based in the United States. This fully remote opportunity is designed for motivated individuals looking to build a career in client services and benefits support. You’ll work virtually with individuals and families, helping them understand available benefits and navigate enrollment and policy-related needs. The role combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance support. No previous insurance experience is required, with structured training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship provided. You’ll connect with qualified client opportunities rather than relying on traditional cold calling or purchased leads. Support clients through scheduled virtual and phone appointments, responding to questions and providing a professional, personalized service experience. Listen to client needs and priorities, explain relevant benefits and policy information clearly, and provide dependable follow-up. Assist clients with applications, enrollment, documentation, policy reviews, updates, and other applicable service needs once appropriately trained and licensed. Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and help them understand available coverage features and choices. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through active listening, professionalism, accurate information, and consistent communication. Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation while following established procedures and service standards. Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, focusing on scheduled consultations rather than traditional cold calling. Participate in virtual onboarding, coaching, workshops, professional development, and mentorship activities. Use Zoom, web-based systems, and other digital tools to communicate effectively with clients, mentors, teammates, and leadership. Pursue continued professional development and demonstrate the initiative, consistency, and accountability required to progress within the organization. Requirements: No previous insurance experience is required; entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and career changers are encouraged to apply. Must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States. Willingness and ability to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities requiring licensure; licensing guidance is provided. Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills, with a service-oriented approach to client interactions. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently in a fully remote environment. Comfortable learning new technology and using Zoom, web-based platforms, and digital communication tools. Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, problem-solving ability, and professional follow-through. Coachable and receptive to feedback, with an interest in continuous learning and professional development. Comfortable working toward performance-based goals and developing skills in client service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, banking, financial services, administrative support, sales, account management, call centers, or leadership is considered transferable.
