Director of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Marketing based in Slovenia. This is a senior, commercially minded marketing leadership role focused on turning brand awareness into measurable revenue and scalable growth. You will own the full marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content, and community. As a player-coach, you will lead the Marketing team while staying close to performance data, creative execution, and optimization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and expansion into new markets. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will also build the systems, playbooks, and processes needed to scale marketing efficiently across multiple locations.
