This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Manager B2B based in Spain. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B vertical within a fast-growing performance-driven business focused on the U.S. home services market. You’ll take ownership of developing a strong network of contractors and lead buyers, from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure. The role combines hands-on business development with the opportunity to build scalable sales processes and partnership systems from the ground up. You’ll use data and performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, optimize partner relationships, and drive measurable commercial results. Beyond sales, you’ll contribute to B2B brand building through targeted content, online initiatives, industry research, and potentially U.S. conferences. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy in a lean team where initiative, accountability, and measurable impact are highly valued. For strong senior contributors, the role also offers the opportunity to participate in a shares program and grow alongside the success of the new business vertical. Independently identify and qualify prospective B2B partners through research, outbound prospecting, networking, and other lead-generation activities. Conduct discovery and demo calls with potential partners, manage negotiations, and drive qualified opportunities through to signed agreements. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent communication and strong commercial performance. Collect and analyze partner feedback on lead quality, appointment rates, close rates, and other relevant performance indicators. Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve partner outcomes, and inform commercial decisions. Contribute to the development of the B2B brand through targeted partner-facing content, online activities, and initiatives designed to generate new partnerships. Research the U.S. home services market, identify new opportunities, and continuously develop ideas for improving the sales and partnership strategy. Build and automate sales and partnership processes to create scalable systems rather than relying solely on manual execution. Plan and execute initiatives independently, from initial research and ideation through implementation, measurement, and optimization. Represent the business at relevant industry conferences and events in the U.S. when appropriate, with a focus on developing valuable commercial relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership acquisition, lead quality, commercial objectives, and overall business performance. Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or a closely related commercial role, with demonstrated experience prospecting and closing deals. 2+ years of experience in Home Services or Home Improvement, with a strong understanding of contractors, lead buyers, and the dynamics of lead-based business models. Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, conduct sales conversations, negotiate, and close B2B partnerships. Practical experience automating sales or business processes, with the ability to build repeatable systems rather than simply execute individual tasks. Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to make commercial decisions based on performance metrics and evidence. Proven track record of strong professional results, supported by specific measurable achievements and commercial outcomes.
