Our partner is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst based in the Canada As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will provide the analytical foundation that supports pricing strategy and governance across a fast-moving technology business. You will analyze pricing trends, rate plans, ARPU, margins, and portfolio performance to identify commercial opportunities and risks. Working closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, you will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations. You will build scalable dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks that strengthen pricing decisions. The role combines hands-on data analysis with cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving. It offers an opportunity to influence commercial performance while helping mature pricing analytics and governance capabilities. Develop and maintain pricing analytics and performance reporting covering ARPU trends, margins by solution and channel, portfolio health, and other key commercial metrics. Analyze rate plan performance, pricing mix, regional and customer-segment trends to identify actionable insights and opportunities. Evaluate non-standard pricing and commercial terms to identify potential revenue leakage and areas for improvement. Use quantitative analysis and data modeling to develop pricing strategy recommendations and support strategic business decisions. Build and maintain self-service pricing dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams. Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis to inform pricing strategy and commercial planning. Partner with data and business teams to ensure pricing data infrastructure enables accurate, consistent, and repeatable reporting. Establish and maintain pricing governance documentation, including pricing structures, policy changes, analytical methodologies, and performance outcomes. Share analytical approaches and pricing data best practices to strengthen the team's overall analytical capabilities. Provide ad hoc pricing analysis, insights, and executive-ready reporting to support evolving commercial priorities. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, commercial finance analytics, or a closely related analytical function. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience working with pricing, revenue, commercial, or financial data. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or comparable platforms. Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and self-service reporting solutions. SQL experience is an asset, particularly when working with large or complex datasets. Strong critical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to identify underlying drivers, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling commercially sensitive data and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple analytical projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the confidence to work effectively across functions and organizational levels. Strong technical proficiency with business productivity tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently in a flexible, fast-changing, and relatively flat organizational environment. Benefits: Hiring range of $85,500–$105,600 CAD annually; actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, education, experience, location, and market factors.
