You’ll tackle complex funnel challenges and design experiences that build trust while helping customers find the right financial products. Working in a highly collaborative, digital-first environment, you’ll influence engineering, design, analytics, ML, marketing, compliance, and executive stakeholders. You’ll have significant autonomy to take on ambitious problems and shape the future of a multi-product consumer marketplace. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful, data-driven growth initiatives in a high-scale, regulated environment where product decisions have tangible customer and business impact. Develop deep customer understanding in partnership with research, consumer insights, and product marketing teams to create intuitive and human-centered experiences. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, analytics, machine learning, marketing, compliance, and executive leadership, creating alignment without relying on direct authority. Use generative AI and other modern tools to synthesize qualitative feedback, conduct exploratory analysis, prototype concepts, and accelerate product discovery and decision-making. Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, including substantial ownership of high-scale B2C experiences across mobile and desktop platforms with measurable business impact. Demonstrated success improving complex conversion funnels through product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and customer insight, with a track record of delivering against meaningful KPIs such as conversion or revenue. Exceptional quantitative and analytical judgment, including the ability to evaluate funnel data, segment customer behavior, size opportunities, interpret experiments, and identify downstream effects. Strong experimentation expertise, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, experiment analysis, and the judgment to determine when testing is or is not the right approach. Excellent consumer product intuition, particularly for products involving significant financial decisions, trust, uncertainty, or meaningful customer tradeoffs. Ability to move effectively between long-term strategic questions and detailed product decisions, translating ambiguous challenges into clear priorities and actionable solutions.
