Our partner is looking for a Leadership Development Associate | Management Track based in the United States. This fully remote opportunity is designed for motivated professionals who want to combine client service with long-term leadership development. You’ll begin by building expertise in client relationships, benefits education, virtual consultations, and service delivery. As you demonstrate consistency and strong performance, you’ll develop additional skills in mentoring, coaching, team development, and leadership. The role offers a structured environment supported by virtual training, ongoing coaching, and one-on-one mentorship. You’ll work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, focusing on education and personalized service. The position provides a performance-based path toward potential mentoring, team leadership, and management responsibilities. No prior insurance or management experience is required, making this an opportunity for ambitious professionals and career changers. Conduct scheduled client consultations through Zoom and phone, building trust and delivering a professional, personalized experience. Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits and understand their needs, priorities, and questions. Explain applicable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly and help clients evaluate available coverage. Guide clients through applications, enrollment, required documentation, and appropriate follow-up while maintaining accurate digital records. Provide ongoing client service, respond to questions, assist with applicable policy reviews, and maintain strong long-term relationships. Participate in structured virtual onboarding, coaching, workshops, mentorship, and professional development programs. Develop skills in communication, presentation, goal setting, accountability, problem-solving, and performance management. As proficiency and performance develop, support newer representatives through mentoring, training, coaching, and team-development activities. Contribute to a collaborative virtual environment through online meetings, digital systems, and ongoing communication with colleagues and leadership. Work toward defined performance objectives while maintaining professionalism, integrity, consistency, and a client-focused approach. Pursue potential progression from individual client responsibilities into mentoring, team leadership, management, and advanced leadership roles based on demonstrated performance and development. Requirements: Previous insurance or management experience is not required ; entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and career changers are welcome. Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, recruiting, hospitality, healthcare, education, banking, financial services, administration, account management, business development, coaching, training, or leadership can transfer well. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and interact professionally with a wide range of clients. Strong interpersonal, active-listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated self-motivation, accountability, organization, dependability, and commitment to achieving goals. Natural leadership potential and an interest in developing skills in mentoring, coaching, team building, and management. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a virtual team. Coachable and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally. Comfortable using Zoom, phone-based communication, web-based systems, and standard digital business tools.
