Our partner is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager, Content and Tools based in United States. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern content engine within a growing healthcare education organization. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of platforms supporting content generation, accredited learning, publications, and clinical tools. The role combines technical product management, content architecture, AI-enabled workflows, and digital publishing. You’ll establish standards for content models, taxonomy, metadata, quality, and scalable operations. Working closely with engineering, digital, education, and executive stakeholders, you’ll turn complex requirements into durable products and systems. You’ll also have the opportunity to build a new content operations function from the ground up and introduce innovative content products. This position offers significant autonomy and a path toward broader product leadership as the organization expands into additional medical specialties. Own the content product strategy and roadmap across content generation, accredited learning, publications, and related digital capabilities, balancing priorities against engineering capacity and communicating tradeoffs to executive leadership. Lead the development of a scalable content generation platform that transforms conferences, presentations, educational videos, and other source materials into high-quality derivative assets. Establish content quality gates, clinical-accuracy standards, evaluation processes, and publishing requirements to ensure content meets defined standards before release. Own the content model, taxonomy, metadata architecture, and shared content standards, ensuring they are consistently implemented across content sources and support personalization, search, recommendations, and reporting. Lead the product experience for accredited learning, including activity structures, learning journeys, credit-claiming flows, and related publication and journal submission workflows. Manage product capabilities for embedded clinical tools and sponsor-facing digital assets, including partner evaluation, integration requirements, and production standards. Build and scale the content operations function by defining roles, processes, standards, resourcing strategies, and build-versus-hire plans. Identify and develop new content products, formats, tools, and data capabilities that create value for healthcare professionals and commercial partners. Partner closely with engineering, platform, education, and executive stakeholders to maintain a reliable shared content ecosystem and prevent unplanned changes to critical content standards. Establish measurable accountability for content accuracy, metadata quality, operational scalability, product delivery, and expansion into additional specialty markets. Requirements 7+ years of experience in technical product management, content platforms, digital publishing, or related fields, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a content or learning platform; Principal-level candidates should typically bring 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven ability to define product standards and drive their adoption across teams, with strong judgment around prioritization, governance, and execution. Deep experience with content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata architecture, particularly within headless CMS environments; Storyblok experience is preferred. Hands-on production experience with LLM-powered content generation, including evaluation strategies, quality controls, accuracy considerations, and cost-performance tradeoffs. Experience owning learning management platforms, including activity architecture, learning paths, completion tracking, and credit reporting; Docebo experience is a plus.
