You will also transform major sponsorships and partnerships into ongoing storytelling and customer engagement opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a builder who combines strong creative judgment, commercial discipline, leadership, and a passion for evolving B2B brands. Own the overall brand system and creative direction, including visual identity, design standards, messaging, and creative expression across digital channels, campaigns, events, product surfaces, and sponsorships. Lead editorial and thought-leadership strategy, developing content programs spanning long-form content, industry insights, owned research, and always-on storytelling. Turn strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events into integrated, year-round brand and content programs rather than standalone activations. Lead, hire, develop, and mentor the brand and content organization, establishing clear standards, priorities, workflows, and creative operating processes. Manage agency relationships and external creative partners, ensuring high-quality output, effective collaboration, and strong value from external resources. Partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, events, customer marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand initiatives are integrated with broader business objectives. Establish and track meaningful brand performance metrics, including awareness, share of voice, engagement, content performance, and content-influenced pipeline. Present brand strategy, performance, priorities, and recommendations to senior executives, demonstrating clear ownership of outcomes and business impact. Strengthen the team’s capabilities and operating model so that the organization consistently produces high-quality, differentiated work at scale. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand leadership, including at least 4 years managing and developing teams. Proven experience leading a B2B brand, ideally within SaaS or technology, through a significant narrative, positioning, or visual identity evolution and successfully bringing that transformation to market.
