This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fintech Program Manager based in the United States. This role leads the design and delivery of technical integrations between financial technology partners and a banking technology environment. You will serve as a key bridge between fintech partners, IT, operations, compliance, risk, and partnership teams. The position combines integration architecture, program management, implementation, and strategic relationship ownership. You will create repeatable standards, onboarding processes, technical documentation, and integration patterns that enable scalable growth. The role also supports complex payment rails, regulated financial programs, and partnerships in high-risk industries. Success requires strong technical fluency, financial services knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape innovative banking partnerships while helping build secure, compliant, and scalable fintech programs. Lead the design and implementation of technical integrations connecting fintech partners with banking platforms, APIs, file-based interfaces, and payment rails. Develop integration architectures, data mappings, solution documentation, file specifications, validation standards, and partner-facing technical requirements. Build and maintain standardized integration patterns, onboarding playbooks, technical specifications, checklists, and process documentation to make partner implementations faster and lower risk. Own end-to-end technical onboarding for assigned partnerships, coordinating implementation plans, dependencies, testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and launch activities. Coordinate connectivity, file-feed validation, funds-flow requirements, and payment-rail enablement across ACH, wire, RTP, and FedNow. Partner with Fintech Operations, IT, Compliance, BSA, Risk, and other internal teams to resolve technical, operational, regulatory, and reconciliation requirements. Support third-party risk management, due diligence, account structuring, and ongoing oversight activities for fintech partnerships. Contribute technical and feasibility expertise to prospective partnership discussions, business cases, deal structuring, and pipeline development. Serve as the ongoing relationship owner for assigned partnerships, conducting business reviews and identifying opportunities for integration improvements and expansion. Represent the organization at selected industry conferences, partner meetings, site visits, and other business events, with approximately 15–25% travel as needed. Support banking programs involving cannabis-related businesses, money services businesses, and other higher-risk industries, including enhanced due diligence and regulatory requirements. Monitor evolving regulatory and industry developments affecting fintech, payments, cannabis banking, and other high-risk verticals, advising stakeholders on potential program implications. Continuously improve integration standards, documentation, onboarding processes, and program practices based on implementation experience and emerging best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services, particularly across implementation, solutions/integration, program management, or partnership functions. Demonstrated experience designing or coordinating technical integrations involving APIs, file-based interfaces, data exchanges, or similar technologies. Ability to lead technical discussions with partners and translate complex technology requirements into practical, partner-facing solutions.
