This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Producer based in Canada. This is a high-impact creative production role at the centre of a fast-moving performance marketing engine. You will turn creative ideas into a consistent, high-volume pipeline of compelling content, from creator-led UGC to polished productions. The role combines hands-on production management, creative quality control, talent coordination, budgeting, and process optimization. You will work closely with creative, growth, and strategy teams to transform briefs into realistic, market-ready production plans. You will also help build scalable systems that enable teams to test more ideas, learn faster, and amplify winning creative. Success requires exceptional organization, strong creative judgment, and the ability to balance speed, quality, compliance, and cost. This is an opportunity to shape how creative gets made in a collaborative, remote-first environment while contributing to a mission focused on improving access to everyday healthcare. Own the day-to-day creative production workflow, coordinating weekly project plans, daily schedules, sprint capacity, and deliverables from ideation through launch. Review creative concepts and outputs, performing quality control across scripts, edits, pacing, visual execution, brand alignment, and advertising-platform requirements. Build, manage, and grow a creator and UGC network, including recruiting, onboarding, coordinating, briefing, and maintaining an organized library of raw footage and reusable assets. Manage relationships with creators, actors, photographers, videographers, production assistants, and other suppliers, including rate negotiations, statements of work, availability, and talent rosters. Manage production budgets and contribute to forecasting across talent, locations, vendors, props, wardrobe, and other production needs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Partner with creative leadership, growth, and strategy teams to translate the creative calendar into achievable production plans, providing clear guidance on capacity, timelines, dependencies, and feasibility. Convert creative briefs into practical production materials, including shot lists, call sheets, timelines, deliverable checklists, and production plans for both creator-first and polished content. Source locations, props, wardrobe, and other production requirements, and oversee production days when needed. Own production compliance by securing usage rights, model releases, and required documentation, while ensuring creative adheres to applicable Canadian health-advertising requirements and restrictions on claims and imagery. Capture and communicate production learnings by connecting deliverables to concepts, facilitating post-production feedback, and identifying what is performing well and where creative iteration is needed. Develop scalable production systems, workflows, documentation, and processes that increase creative output while reducing bottlenecks, complexity, and unnecessary costs. Use AI tools throughout the production process to test creative directions efficiently, remix and version assets at scale, and improve production workflows. Requirements 5+ years of experience in creative project management, production, creative operations, or a related field, including responsibility for production budgets. Demonstrated success improving creative processes within a growth-stage or fast-paced environment, with measurable examples of efficiency or workflow improvements. Experience building or managing creator, UGC, or content production pipelines at scale, with confidence working across both lo-fi, creator-first content and polished productions. Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative production supports testing, optimization, and growth. Fluency with AI-assisted creative production, including using AI
