Take ownership of 0-to-1 product development and help establish the technical foundations required for future platform growth. Communicate technical decisions clearly and align stakeholders across multiple teams around architecture, priorities, trade-offs, and implementation strategies. Requirements 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including at least 4 years working at a Senior Engineer level and a strong track record of delivering complex production systems. Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams, services, systems, or architectural domains. Extensive experience building products and systems from 0-to-1, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. Strong hands-on experience with modern full-stack development, ideally including TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, and ECS. Proven ability to use AI coding and development tools as part of a daily engineering workflow while maintaining strong standards for code quality and technical judgment. Experience working within early-stage, venture-backed startup environments, ideally from seed through Series C. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and build alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and raise engineering standards across a team.
