This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pre-Sales Transfer Agent based in the United States. This is an entry-level sales opportunity focused on helping consumers navigate their insurance shopping journey. You will handle a high volume of primarily inbound calls, understand customer needs, and connect qualified prospects with licensed insurance professionals. The role combines consultative communication, prospect qualification, objection handling, and performance-driven sales activity. You will serve as an important first point of contact, creating positive interactions while clearly communicating the value of comparing insurance options. Success is measured through transfer rates and other key performance indicators in a competitive, achievement-oriented environment. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and potentially advance into broader sales opportunities. This position is well suited to motivated, adaptable professionals who enjoy working toward measurable goals and building a career in sales. Handle primarily inbound calls from prospective customers and third-party partners, managing a high-volume call environment of approximately 200 calls per day. Create a professional, conversational, and energetic first impression while maintaining a positive and engaging customer experience. Understand consumers’ insurance needs and effectively screen and qualify prospects before transferring them to licensed insurance agents. Educate consumers on the benefits of comparison shopping and communicate the value of speaking with a licensed sales professional. Follow established scripts and qualification processes consistently while maintaining natural and effective conversations. Address customer objections, hesitation, and stalls using appropriate communication and sales techniques to help prospects move forward. Meet or exceed monthly transfer-rate targets and other assigned performance indicators. Participate actively in coaching and development, applying feedback and recommended improvements to day-to-day performance. Contribute to a competitive, collaborative team environment where individual achievement and continuous improvement are recognized. Use computer systems, software applications, and phone technology effectively throughout the customer qualification process. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Recent experience in sales, call center operations, metric-driven customer-facing work, or another performance-based role is preferred, particularly within the past two years. A sales-oriented mindset with strong internal motivation and a desire to achieve and exceed measurable goals. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and conversational telephone skills. Strong ability to listen, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and guide conversations toward an appropriate next step. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to remain productive in a high-volume environment. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing processes, and consistently apply instructions and coaching. Comfortable using computers, software applications, phone systems, and other workplace technologies. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to performance. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a competitive team environment. Previous experience in a professional office environment and a stable employment history are preferred. Ability to work from a private, dedicated workspace without significant distractions. Access to a hardwired high-speed internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps.
