This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Imaging Specialist based in the United States. This is a remote clinical imaging opportunity supporting the screening and treatment planning of patients in innovative structural heart clinical studies. You will use advanced cardiac CT analysis to evaluate patient anatomy and support TAVR eligibility and procedural planning. The role combines technical imaging expertise with close collaboration across Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, physicians, and Field Clinical teams. Your assessments will help enable consistent, high-quality patient screening and support efficient clinical trial enrollment. You will also contribute to imaging workflows, educational materials, training, and multidisciplinary case reviews. The position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of structural heart technology while contributing to therapies designed to improve patient outcomes. This is a U.S.-based remote role with occasional travel of up to 10%. Perform detailed reviews and analyses of cardiac CT scans for patients being considered for clinical study enrollment. Evaluate imaging data to support patient eligibility, screening decisions, and TAVR procedural planning. Assess structural heart anatomy and key characteristics such as aortic annulus sizing, vascular access, calcium distribution, coronary heights, and other relevant anatomical considerations. Use advanced imaging platforms, including 3Mensio or equivalent software, to perform measurements and prepare comprehensive screening reports. Identify and escalate imaging findings that could affect patient eligibility, procedural planning, or study participation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of imaging assessments, screening decisions, and outcomes. Collaborate with Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, Field Clinical teams, and physicians to support patient screening and enrollment activities. Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, screening meetings, physician discussions, and clinical conferences. Prepare and present patient imaging data and PowerPoint materials for screening conferences and physician review sessions. Support consistent application of imaging review processes and clinical protocols across participating trial sites. Help develop and continuously improve imaging review workflows, methodologies, and best practices. Develop educational materials covering CT interpretation, TAVR planning, valve-in-valve procedures, and bicuspid anatomy. Assist with training programs for Field Clinical Specialists and other internal stakeholders. Ensure imaging activities comply with applicable FDA requirements, GCP guidelines, quality systems, company policies, HIPAA requirements, and study protocols. Support audit readiness, inspection preparedness, and continuous improvement initiatives related to imaging and patient screening. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. At least 3 years of experience supporting structural heart and/or cardiovascular imaging. Demonstrated hands-on experience performing advanced TAVR CT analysis using 3Mensio or equivalent imaging software. Proven experience reviewing cardiac CT imaging and supporting TAVR patient evaluation and procedural planning. Strong understanding of structural heart anatomy, cardiovascular imaging principles, and TAVR workflows. Experience working within clinical research, medical device, hospital-based structural heart, or comparable clinical environments. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing complex clinical information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate imaging findings clearly to clinical and cross-functional audiences.
