Marketing Operations Manager (Demand Generation and RevOps)

Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (Demand Generation and RevOps) based in India. This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on building and maintaining a high-performing, outbound-first go-to-market engine. You will own the day-to-day health of the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot serving as the central system of record. The role spans CRM administration, email deliverability, paid media monitoring, reporting, content execution, data quality, and targeting. You will work across technical configuration and campaign execution while using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. The position offers significant ownership in a fast-paced, remote environment where accuracy, initiative, and operational discipline are highly valued. You will also collaborate with Sales and wider go-to-market stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue objectives. Own email infrastructure and deliverability, including mailbox provisioning, domain configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up programs, sending-volume management, reputation monitoring, and campaign performance analysis. Administer and continuously improve HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including pipelines, workflows, automation, lifecycle management, integrations, properties, lists, and user support. Maintain high standards of CRM data quality by managing imports, deduplication, record validation, lifecycle progression, marketing-contact governance, tagging, exclusions, and data-quality queues. Monitor workflow, integration, attribution, and platform health to ensure reliable data flows and accurate source-to-revenue reporting. Produce weekly and monthly multi-channel performance reports, dashboards, funnel diagnostics, attribution analyses, and leadership performance packs. Monitor paid media performance, budget pacing, delivery health, landing-page conversion, and spend reconciliation across advertising platforms. Develop and refresh campaign assets, nurture sequences, landing-page copy, SEO content briefs, and other marketing materials to support demand-generation programs. Maintain targeting and data processes, including suppression alignment, trigger-event monitoring, target-universe scoring, and coordination with external data and outreach vendors. Coordinate LinkedIn outbound activities, ensuring appropriate sender-seat allocation, avoiding prospect duplication, and monitoring acceptance and response rates. Support vendor management, tool renewals, licensing, seat allocation, exclusion-list synchronization, and prospect-collision resolution. Maintain brand and website governance by enforcing approved terminology, addressing legacy content, preparing page briefs, and quality-checking delivered web pages. Forecast marketing expenditure and manage budget change control while contributing to ongoing operational planning and governance. Participate in weekly operational meetings, biweekly progress reviews, and monthly revenue reviews, with availability to overlap with U.S. business hours. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand-generation operations, or revenue operations, including at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration. Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management, reporting, and user governance. Proven experience managing cold-email infrastructure, including domain and mailbox provisioning, warm-up, sending rotation, reputation monitoring, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. Demonstrated ability to manage email deliverability against bounce and complaint thresholds and take corrective action when performance deteriorates.
