This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Engineer, Customer Support based in the United States. This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on helping organizations successfully deploy, integrate, and optimize secure software solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through implementations, proof-of-concept trials, integrations, and troubleshooting. The role combines systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and customer success in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their technology landscape and recommend practical, scalable solutions. You will also collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver demonstrations and translate customer feedback into product improvements. As part of a fully remote team, you will have significant autonomy while sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes. Serve as a subject matter expert across the full product portfolio, providing customers and prospects with knowledgeable technical guidance. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, new deployments, and integrations involving containerized services and enterprise technology environments. Advise customers on infrastructure, security, deployment, and integration best practices across the technology stack. Work directly with enterprise customers to troubleshoot technical issues, anticipate future challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions. Guide customers through implementation, integration with their existing technology environments, and broader security considerations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to support successful customer outcomes. Plan, develop, and deliver live technical product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases and best practices. Document customer feedback, technical requirements, and insights from collaborative sessions to help inform product and service improvements. Manage project planning and competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical accuracy. Share technical knowledge and contribute to a supportive, collaborative remote team culture. Requirements: Previous experience in a technical role such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or a comparable position; equivalent education or demonstrable technical expertise may be considered. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the resourcefulness to investigate unfamiliar issues and clearly communicate solutions. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong grammar and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply. Strong project planning, prioritization, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage both independent and collaborative work. A customer-first mindset, with strong empathy and the ability to advocate for customers and teammates. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment while actively collaborating with distributed colleagues. Familiarity with several relevant technologies and concepts, including Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, NFS, CIFS, Bash, and PowerShell. Experience with identity and access technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID, JumpCloud, Cloudflare, or Okta. Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Understanding of networking and web technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, NGINX, and TLS/SSL.
