This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Navigator, IT & Security, Global based in United States. This is a strategic, remote opportunity focused on accelerating AI-driven transformation across IT and cybersecurity operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting technology and security teams with practical opportunities to apply AI. The role centers on discovering, validating, and preparing high-impact use cases rather than directly building AI solutions. You will explore workflows across IT service management, infrastructure, identity, endpoint protection, and security operations. Your work will help improve threat detection, incident response, service efficiency, infrastructure availability, and employee technology experiences. Success requires strong business judgment, technical fluency, curiosity, and the ability to build trust with both executives and technical specialists. You will join a global, remote-oriented environment where responsible AI, security, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes are central to the mission. Embed with IT and Security teams to build trusted relationships with technology leaders, security professionals, infrastructure engineers, and service desk teams, becoming a key resource for identifying AI transformation opportunities. Conduct structured discovery sessions and listening tours to understand current workflows, operational challenges, threat landscapes, and opportunities across IT service management, cybersecurity, infrastructure monitoring, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management. Translate technology and security challenges into structured AI use cases and assess their feasibility using available SIEM data, IT service management records, infrastructure telemetry, and threat intelligence. Evaluate potential business value by considering improvements in detection and response times, incident reduction, service desk efficiency, infrastructure availability, security posture, and user satisfaction. Create detailed opportunity assessments and intake documentation covering technology context, data sources, integrations, security classifications, compliance considerations, risks, resource requirements, and success criteria. Champion responsible AI adoption by ensuring proposed solutions preserve security controls, minimize new attack surfaces, respect data confidentiality, and maintain appropriate human oversight for critical decisions. Build internal champion networks and facilitate workshops that help IT and Security teams identify practical applications for AI, including behavioral analytics, predictive infrastructure management, intelligent service desk routing, threat detection, and automated response. Partner with Security, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure AI opportunities align with organizational policies, security requirements, and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST. Establish measurable success criteria and track the health of the AI opportunity pipeline, including opportunity conversion and demonstrated business value. Monitor emerging AI capabilities relevant to cybersecurity and IT operations and contribute insights that improve discovery methodologies for security-sensitive environments. Support change management and AI literacy by communicating complex AI concepts in language accessible to both technical and business audiences, while addressing concerns around AI-assisted security decisions. Identify cross-functional opportunities where IT and cybersecurity capabilities can support broader operational technology and infrastructure initiatives.
