This role offers the opportunity to lead complex software implementations and integrations for enterprise clients in the legal, accounting, and consulting sectors. You’ll own projects end to end, from discovery and architecture through configuration, deployment, training, and ongoing support. The position combines hands-on technical engineering with client-facing consulting and project leadership. You’ll work across cloud migrations, APIs, databases, reporting, data integration, and enterprise applications. Success requires translating sophisticated technical solutions into clear, practical outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is fully remote and suited to an experienced implementation professional who thrives in complex, customer-focused environments. Assess client requirements and design, implement, configure, deploy, and support enterprise software solutions and integrations. Own the full implementation lifecycle, including project scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, training, and post-launch support. Lead project teams and provide technical direction, acting as an escalation point for complex implementation and integration challenges. Establish clear client expectations, manage ongoing communications, and ensure projects remain aligned with business and technical objectives. Provide architecture and design expertise for integrations involving Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, flat files, XML, APIs, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain integrations using REST services and third-party tools, including cloud-based and on-premises environments. Support migrations from on-premises solutions to cloud platforms and provision or troubleshoot Boomi ATOM environments. Write and optimize SQL queries and reporting solutions to analyze historical data and support client requirements. Deliver technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring complex concepts are communicated clearly and effectively. Perform upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical support issues across production systems and client integrations. Develop and maintain integration strategies, including rationalizing existing integrations and ensuring systems remain synchronized. Work closely with client teams during software rollouts and help train end users so they can effectively use new solutions. Provide technical support during critical go-live activities, including occasional off-hours assistance when required. Prioritize and manage workloads effectively while consistently maintaining approximately 80–90% utilization on client-billable projects. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry practices, and implementation methodologies through continuous professional development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role, ideally within a legal services or law firm environment. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced SQL scripting, relational database structures, normalization, and query development. Advanced understanding of enterprise software implementation and deployment methodologies. Experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple enterprise systems and technologies. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent customer-service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong
