Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Relations Liaison (CMS Healthcare Fraud Prevention) based in United States. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity supporting a national healthcare fraud prevention initiative. The role serves as a trusted relationship manager between healthcare partners and a centralized third-party organization. You will manage a portfolio of partners, helping them understand and maximize the value of their participation. The position combines relationship management, healthcare investigations, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination. You will gather partner feedback, support data-sharing activities, and contribute to analytics and fraud-prevention initiatives. Success requires strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This is an impactful opportunity to contribute to efforts that help reduce healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse through collaboration and responsible data sharing. Establish and maintain regular, consistent communication with an assigned portfolio of healthcare fraud prevention partners. Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong and productive relationships with partner organizations. Ensure partners understand available program benefits, resources, services, and opportunities for engagement. Capture, organize, and communicate partner feedback to program leadership and relevant stakeholders. Engage partners in discussions around healthcare fraud analytics and related program activities. Support partner onboarding, including assistance with data-sharing agreements and the submission of data to centralized healthcare data environments. Help partners navigate onboarding requirements and resolve issues that may affect participation or data-sharing activities. Support healthcare fraud prevention events, meetings, outreach activities, and other program initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive healthcare and partner information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. Present information and program updates clearly to management-level stakeholders. Independently identify, investigate, and follow through on partner issues while escalating matters when appropriate. Coordinate multiple priorities and contribute to complex projects with general direction and minimal supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. At least 5 years of experience in customer service, partner relations, customer liaison, or a comparable stakeholder-facing role. At least 5 years of experience supporting healthcare investigations. Strong understanding of healthcare environments and claims-related or fraud-prevention processes. Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and present information to management-level audiences. Strong decision-making, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships and provide exceptional customer service. High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and responsible handling of sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments while working under pressure. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow complex issues through to resolution. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
