This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand / Creative Direction / Marketing Collateral Evaluator based in Canada. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for an experienced brand and creative professional to help evaluate the quality of AI-generated work. You will apply your expertise across brand direction, creative execution, and marketing collateral to assess documents, presentations, and other business artifacts. Your judgment will help identify factual, aesthetic, structural, and presentation issues in AI-generated outputs. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and improvement of next-generation AI systems. You’ll work independently, applying clear quality standards and domain expertise rather than producing the underlying materials yourself. It is particularly well suited to professionals who combine strong creative judgment with rigorous attention to detail and communication skills. The engagement is hourly, fully remote, and designed to provide flexibility around your schedule. Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing collateral against established, domain-specific quality standards. Apply expertise in brand, creative direction, and marketing communications to assess the accuracy, relevance, rigor, and overall quality of generated work. Identify factual, aesthetic, structural, formatting, and presentation issues that could reduce the effectiveness or credibility of an output. Assess whether creative materials demonstrate appropriate brand thinking, visual quality, consistency, clarity, and professional standards. Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement. Consistently apply evaluation rubrics and professional judgment across different AI-generated work products. Contribute expert human insight to projects focused on training and improving advanced AI systems. Work independently and manage assigned evaluation projects efficiently within agreed timelines. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in brand, creative direction, marketing collateral, or a closely related field. Native or professional fluency in English , with strong written communication skills. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint . Strong understanding of brand standards, creative quality, visual communication, and marketing presentation principles. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle factual, aesthetic, structural, and presentation issues. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, combined with sound professional judgment. Ability to provide concise, objective, and well-structured written feedback. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage flexible project-based assignments. An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is considered an advantage.
