Our partner is looking for a Project Manager - Curriculum Design and Development Lead based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead curriculum design and development initiatives supporting a large-scale federal government program. You will combine project management expertise with instructional design, adult learning, data analysis, and process improvement capabilities. The position will oversee the creation of engaging education and training materials while ensuring quality, performance, and delivery standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex client environment. You will also contribute to project management best practices, analytical initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Oversee curriculum design and development activities for a large-scale federal government contract, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project requirements, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate the development of course materials, scripts, exercises, classroom resources, self-study manuals, and other instructional tools. Design and redesign education and training content using adult learning methodologies, instructional theories, e-learning practices, and learner-centered approaches to maximize engagement and understanding. Support project management activities assigned by program leadership and government stakeholders, helping maintain delivery schedules, priorities, and project objectives. Track and analyze metrics related to the performance and effectiveness of curriculum and course materials, using findings to inform improvements. Prepare and support accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports required by federal clients. Partner with program leadership to identify and resolve issues involving quality, performance, schedules, staffing, financials, and overall project delivery. Provide expert guidance on project management, operational, scheduling, and curriculum development best practices, processes, standards, and procedures. Serve as a primary client contact for curriculum and training initiatives, responding to requests, providing guidance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Develop and maintain key project management documentation, including project management plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, reports, and related deliverables. Ensure all project and curriculum deliverables meet established quality, performance, and client expectations. Evaluate analytical results, develop or adapt analytical techniques, and apply data-driven insights to improve project and training outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply relevant industry methodologies and tools to strengthen operational effectiveness. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in curriculum development, training, project management, consulting, or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Demonstrated experience with adult learning methodologies, e-learning development, instructional theories, learning models, and related technologies. Experience managing or supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government environment. Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables.
