This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Architect — Sales AI Applications based in India. This is a senior technical opportunity focused on building intelligent applications that transform enterprise sales workflows through generative AI. You will work across the full application stack, from user experiences and APIs to data services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. The role combines hands-on software engineering with solution architecture, technical leadership, and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Data, Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams in a highly cross-functional environment. Your work will help bring AI assistants, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows from concepts and prototypes into secure, reliable production applications. You will also influence engineering standards, mentor developers, and help shape scalable solutions used by global teams. The position offers the opportunity to solve complex technology challenges at the intersection of enterprise software, cloud computing, and AI. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting enterprise sales workflows and intelligent user experiences. Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end development, APIs, data services, enterprise integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Translate business and product requirements into secure, maintainable, scalable, and user-focused technical solutions. Architect and integrate generative AI models, AI services, APIs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows into production applications. Design application architectures with strong emphasis on performance, availability, observability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Lead technical design discussions, assess alternative implementation approaches, make architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies. Improve engineering practices across testing, code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, reliability, and production readiness. Investigate complex technical and production issues and develop solutions that improve application reliability and user experience. Collaborate closely with Product, AI/ML, Data, Security, Solution Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Mentor engineers, share technical expertise, and contribute to engineering standards, development practices, and a strong collaborative culture. Help advance AI capabilities from experimentation and prototyping into robust, scalable, enterprise-ready applications. Contribute to responsible AI adoption by considering security, privacy, access controls, governance, and operational requirements throughout the solution lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred. 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including designing, developing, and operating production-grade applications. Strong full-stack development experience using modern front-end, back-end, and web application technologies. Proficiency in one or more technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or comparable frameworks and languages. Proven experience designing APIs, distributed applications, data services, enterprise integrations, databases, messaging systems, and scalable cloud applications. Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities through APIs, models, retrieval systems, or managed AI services. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, application security, testing, observability, reliability, and production operations. Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, make sound engineering and architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated mentori
