This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager based in Canada. This is a senior-level opportunity to shape partner enablement across a global technology ecosystem. You will build scalable training, certification, content, and co-selling programs that accelerate revenue through partners. The role spans external partner enablement as well as internal readiness for sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams. You will work across channel partners, hyperscalers, global system integrators, and technology ISVs. A major focus will be enabling partners around AI Governance and translating strategic priorities into actionable sales motions. Success will be measured through partner readiness, certification, co-sell engagement, pipeline contribution, and account growth. The environment is remote-first, highly collaborative, data-driven, and well suited to someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up. Design, launch, and continuously improve scalable partner training and certification programs across channel, hyperscaler, global system integrator, and technology ISV ecosystems. Develop role-based learning paths covering product knowledge, messaging, technical capabilities, sales plays, and partner readiness, with AI Governance as a key strategic focus. Manage certification programs end-to-end, including curriculum development, facilitation, assessments, badging, recertification, and performance tracking. Build and maintain partner-facing GTM resources such as joint sales plays, co-sell materials, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection-handling guides. Own and optimize the partner enablement portal and learning infrastructure, improving adoption, discoverability, and the overall partner experience. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner teams to turn product launches and strategic messaging into timely, field-ready enablement programs. Equip internal sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams with resources covering account mapping, co-selling, joint pipeline management, partner engagement models, referrals, reselling, and co-marketing. Develop account-mapping frameworks and support joint pipeline initiatives between internal field teams and partner sales organizations. Track partner readiness and GTM performance through metrics such as certification completion, partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell engagement, and account depth. Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to identify enablement gaps, prioritize investments, and continuously improve programs. Coordinate multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously, influencing outcomes across teams and external partners without relying on direct authority. Establish program governance, measure impact, and connect enablement investments to tangible commercial outcomes such as pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and account expansion. Requirements 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, partner programs, or a related role within SaaS or the technology sector. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering scalable partner training and certification programs tied directly to go-to-market outcomes. Experience managing a partner portal, LMS, or similar enablement infrastructure; experience with Impartner is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, partner economics, and ecosystem models involving channel partners, hyperscalers, and global system integrators. Hands-on experience with account mapping, joint pipeline programs, and collaboration between vendor sales teams and partner organizations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with both senior internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong project and program management capabilities, including the ability to manage competing pri
