This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager Director based in Mexico. This is a senior project leadership opportunity within a fast-growing performance marketing environment serving mission-driven organizations. You will take ownership of project delivery across multiple service lines, ensuring work is planned, staffed, budgeted, and delivered effectively. The role goes beyond traditional project management, giving you the opportunity to design and improve the systems that enable teams to operate at scale. You will partner closely with finance, department leaders, and proposal teams to align resources, profitability, and client needs. Success will require a strategic mindset, strong operational judgment, and the confidence to establish better ways of working. This position is ideal for an experienced agency project leader who enjoys building systems, influencing teams, and connecting execution to broader business outcomes. Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across service areas such as creative, web, paid media, SEO, and other marketing disciplines, ensuring delivery remains on schedule and within budget. Build, document, implement, and continuously improve project management systems, workflows, processes, and operating standards across the organization. Own project budgets and collaborate closely with finance to monitor costs, margins, profitability, and overall financial performance. Lead resource and capacity planning across concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps, competing priorities, and delivery bottlenecks before they become risks. Partner with proposal teams to develop accurate project plans, cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with client expectations and internal capacity. Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring effective handoffs, clear ownership, strong communication, and alignment around project objectives. Establish clear project reporting and proactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies, budget considerations, and required decisions to stakeholders. Train teams on project management methodologies, systems, and processes while driving consistent adoption across the organization. Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, scalability, and delivery quality. Maintain awareness of organizational goals and strategic priorities, recommending changes that connect project execution with broader business outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while establishing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Support leadership with project and financial insights that inform prioritization, resourcing, planning, and strategic decision-making. Requirements: 10+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record extending beyond standard project coordination and execution. 5+ years of experience working in a marketing agency environment, ideally with exposure to multiple service lines such as creative, web, paid media, and SEO. Demonstrated experience building, redesigning, or implementing project management systems and processes rather than simply operating within established frameworks. Strong financial acumen, including experience analyzing project budgets, margins, costs, and profitability in partnership with finance or operations teams. Proven experience managing resources and capacity across multiple simultaneous projects, teams, and client engagements. Strong strategic and operational judgment, with a clear perspective on effective project management practices and the confidence to advocate for improvements. Required experience with Asana or comparable project management platforms. Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to facilitate collaboration
