This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead Fullstack (Java/React) based in Brazil. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to guide a development team. You will act as a key technical reference, connecting architectural direction with practical implementation across modern cloud-native systems. The role covers the full technology stack, from Java and Spring Boot backends to React frontends, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. You will help shape technical decisions, identify risks and technical debt, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable. Working closely with architects and cross-functional teams, you will influence design while remaining close to day-to-day engineering execution. The environment emphasizes microservices, distributed systems, automation, observability, and continuous delivery. It is an ideal role for a technically mature professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex problems, and contributing directly to high-quality software delivery. Serve as the primary technical reference for the development team, guiding design and implementation decisions while partnering closely with solution architects. Translate business requirements and architectural direction into clear, sustainable, and executable technical solutions. Lead the development of robust fullstack solutions across Java/Spring Boot, React, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Guide the implementation of microservices, REST APIs, messaging, asynchronous processing, and distributed system integrations. Conduct code reviews and promote clean code, design patterns, engineering standards, and development best practices. Monitor the complete development lifecycle, from technical refinement through deployment, ensuring consistency, quality, and delivery effectiveness. Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and technical debt, prioritizing improvements based on business and engineering impact. Investigate complex technical problems, conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and coordinate incident and problem resolution. Contribute to architectural discussions by bringing practical implementation insights and helping evaluate technical alternatives. Mentor and technically develop team members, sharing knowledge and raising engineering standards across the team. Support CI/CD automation, deployment processes, traceability, and integration with quality and security tooling. Promote observability through effective use of logs, metrics, traces, monitoring, and diagnostic practices. Apply secure development practices, including vulnerability analysis and security considerations throughout the delivery lifecycle. Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, software quality, investigation, and the team's overall engineering capabilities. Requirements: Strong professional experience in software engineering with demonstrated technical leadership or Tech Lead responsibilities. Hands-on expertise with Java and Spring Boot , including REST APIs, microservices, messaging, asynchronous processing, and system integrations. Strong frontend development experience with React , including component architecture, state management, API integration, and frontend best practices. Fullstack perspective with the ability to understand and guide solutions end-to-end across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean-code practices . Experience with distributed systems, including synchronous and asynchronous communication, APIs, events, and service-to-service integration. Strong experience with AWS , particularly services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, ECS/EKS, and other relevant cloud
