Author and contribute to technical proposal volumes, solution narratives, CONOPs, and other materials for federal RFP responses and structured capture activities. Support or lead oral proposal presentations, technical demonstrations, and government briefings, communicating complex solution concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical evaluators. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or another related technical discipline. 10+ years of progressive technical experience supporting federal IT, defense, intelligence, or government technology programs. Demonstrated experience developing CONOPs, technical approaches, solution architectures, and proposal content in response to federal RFPs and FAR/DFARS-based procurements. Experience working with federal customers such as DoD, DHS, VA, HHS, or other civilian agencies, with an understanding of their mission environments and technology landscapes.
