This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DIRECTOR INSTALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT based in the United States. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a large-scale portfolio of complex healthcare technology implementations with significant impact on clinical and operational outcomes. You will lead more than 40 implementations annually across ambulatory, acute care, Tribal, PACE, and expansion programs. The role combines strategic portfolio leadership with operational rigor, customer advocacy, and people development. You will establish the governance, methodologies, and performance standards that enable consistent and predictable delivery. Working closely with executive, clinical, technical, financial, and customer-facing teams, you will remove barriers and drive successful adoption. Lead a portfolio of 40+ complex implementations annually across ambulatory, acute care, Tribal, PACE, and member expansion programs, ensuring delivery remains on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with organizational and customer objectives. Establish and maintain implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, standards, tools, and best practices that promote consistency, quality, accountability, and predictable outcomes. Provide executive oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, stabilization, transition to operations, and post-implementation activities. Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs, milestones, financial metrics, customer satisfaction measures, resource capacity, and operational outcomes, providing accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership. Drive customer success by ensuring implementations support measurable improvements in patient care, provider experience, revenue cycle performance, operational efficiency, adoption, and financial sustainability. Partner with customer executives and implementation stakeholders to establish organizational readiness and ensure successful adoption of enterprise healthcare technology solutions. Serve as an executive escalation point for complex implementation, operational, delivery, and customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear accountability. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across implementation, data conversion, IT, interoperability, clinical informatics, customer experience, learning, product, member support, and executive leadership teams. Facilitate executive governance meetings, steering committees, sponsor meetings, portfolio reviews, and other forums required to maintain alignment and accelerate decision-making. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate implementation risks, dependencies, quality concerns, and issues that could affect timelines, budgets, customer outcomes, or delivery standards. Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned activities, using feedback and performance data to continuously improve implementation methodologies, tools, processes, and governance. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, establishing clear expectations, performance measures, development plans, and accountability standards. Support succession planning, workforce development, recruitment, and team capability building to ensure the organization can scale effectively. Foster a culture centered on ownership, collaboration, transparency, service excellence, continuous learning, and measurable results.
