This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFH Member Onboarding Rep | Client Support based in United States. This fully remote, entry-level opportunity is designed for people who enjoy helping others and building positive client experiences. You’ll guide individuals and families through benefits information, onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing support. The role combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative sales. You’ll connect with qualified client opportunities through scheduled virtual appointments rather than traditional cold calling. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are available for candidates without insurance experience. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to develop transferable communication, organization, and leadership skills. Strong performers may also have opportunities to progress into client services, training, mentorship, and leadership roles. Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone, creating a professional and welcoming onboarding experience for individuals and families. Connect with people who have requested information about available benefits, listen to their needs, and provide clear, helpful responses to their questions. Explain applicable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and, once appropriately licensed, provide needs-based guidance and enrollment support. Assist clients with applications, beneficiary information, required documentation, and understanding the coverage they select. Maintain accurate digital records, follow up consistently, and provide dependable support throughout the client relationship. Build trust through active listening, professionalism, responsiveness, and client-focused communication. Focus on scheduled consultations, benefits education, onboarding, enrollment assistance, and ongoing service rather than traditional cold prospecting. Participate in virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen customer service, communication, presentation, sales, and relationship-management capabilities. Develop the skills and experience needed for potential progression into client services, training, mentorship, team leadership, and management opportunities. Requirements: No previous insurance experience is required; entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and career changers are encouraged to apply. Customer service, member services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, financial services, call center, sales, or client-relations experience can transfer well to the role. Strong verbal communication, active listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. A customer-focused, professional, dependable, and ethical approach to working with clients. Self-motivation, accountability, organization, time-management skills, and reliable follow-through. Comfortable working independently from a home environment while collaborating with a virtual team. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn Zoom, web-based applications, digital systems, and other business technology. Coachability, willingness to learn, and openness to ongoing training and feedback. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States. Access to a reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and quiet professional workspace.
