This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst based in United States. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced finance professional to support enterprise-level financial planning and decision-making. You will analyze financial and business performance across income, expenses, budgets, forecasts, and operational results. The role offers the opportunity to turn complex financial data into actionable recommendations that influence strategic direction. You will identify trends, investigate variances, and help leaders understand cost impacts and performance opportunities. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and financial controls. The position suits an analytical, organized, and independent professional who can navigate complex business environments with confidence. You will play an important role in improving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and informed business decisions. Conduct complex financial analysis covering company expenses, income, earnings, and other business results across historical, current, and projected operations. Research and analyze corporate-level financial and business information, translating findings into recommendations that support strategic planning and enterprise decision-making. Analyze fluctuations and variances in financial and business performance, including actual results versus budgets, and identify trends, cost impacts, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans by providing accurate analysis and relevant financial insights. Monitor departmental expenses, identify spending trends, and recommend actions that support effective cost control and resource utilization. Prepare financial reports covering income, expenses, earnings, and overall financial position to support management decision-making. Interpret financial reports, statistics, and operational data for management, clearly communicating implications and recommendations. Recommend improvements to accounting systems, financial processes, and planning practices to increase efficiency and strengthen resource management. Stay current with developments in financial planning and control and recommend effective practices, systems, and process enhancements. Support performance evaluation activities by contributing financial insight, coaching, and constructive feedback where appropriate. Navigate complex organizational situations and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Approximately 6 years of relevant financial analysis experience, with demonstrated capability in complex financial and business analysis. Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, alternative analyses, variance analysis, forecasting, and other forms of financial evaluation. Strong knowledge of financial and operational planning processes, principles, and best practices. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong business judgment and the ability to make balanced, well-informed decisions. Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial/accounting systems, with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to varied audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
