Own platform governance covering environments, access controls, naming conventions, tagging taxonomies, consent and preference management, and release management. Define and monitor platform KPIs, including deliverability, uptime, deployment speed, data quality, capacity utilization, and operational performance. Enable new channels, dynamic content capabilities, and other emerging technologies so brand and commercial operations teams can adopt them effectively at scale. Act as the commercial counterpart to IT for platform prioritization, architecture decisions, integrations, and technology investments. Partner with brand and omnichannel leaders to ensure platform capabilities effectively support customer journeys across brands and therapeutic areas. Represent the organization with technology vendors, agencies, industry partners, and other external stakeholders while promoting strong platform standards and continuous improvement. Requirement
