Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Subscriptions) based in the United States. This is a high-impact growth role focused on driving profitable acquisition and long-term subscriber growth for a consumer subscription product. You will own high-priority marketing campaigns across planning, execution, experimentation, optimization, and performance analysis. The role offers the opportunity to build and scale paid subscription programs across new channels, creative strategies, and conversion opportunities. You will use rigorous measurement, incrementality testing, app economics, and customer insights to optimize investment against LTV and payback. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will influence acquisition funnels, landing pages, product experiences, and marketing instrumentation. The environment is remote-first, highly autonomous, and mission-driven, with an emphasis on privacy-respecting growth and empowered project ownership. This role is ideal for an analytical growth marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. Paid acquisition strategy: Lead the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives designed to profitably increase paid subscribers across consumer subscription channels. Campaign ownership: Manage high-priority campaigns end to end, including strategy, channel selection, launch execution, optimization, testing, and post-campaign analysis. Channel expansion: Identify, launch, and evaluate new paid acquisition channels, including app store advertising, paid social, and mobile app networks, with a focus on incremental and sustainable growth. Subscription program development: Help build and scale a paid subscription marketing program from the ground up, establishing processes and strategies that can support continued subscriber growth. Creative and messaging experimentation: Develop and execute tests across creative concepts, messaging, and positioning, using results to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion. Conversion optimization: Partner with Product and Engineering to improve landing pages, acquisition funnels, product experiences, and instrumentation that influence paid subscriber conversion. Performance measurement: Analyze campaign and subscription economics using metrics such as LTV, payback, acquisition efficiency, and incremental lift to guide investment decisions. Experimentation and incrementality: Design and interpret experiments that measure true incremental impact, relying on aggregate measurement and rigorous analysis rather than user-level targeting and tracking. Strategic partnership: Work across teams to translate complex business and marketing challenges into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. Program optimization: Continuously evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and reallocate resources toward initiatives that demonstrate profitable growth potential. Requirements Professional experience: 7+ years of experience in digital advertising or growth marketing, ideally including 2+ years focused on paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription applications. Paid growth expertise: Demonstrated experience using digital marketing platforms such as app store advertising, paid social, and mobile app networks to scale subscriber growth profitably. Subscription marketing: Proven ability to build paid subscription acquisition programs from the ground up and optimize growth against LTV and payback rather than acquisition cost alone. Consumer product experience: Experience driving subscription growth within an established, high-traffic consumer product where subscription revenue represents a secondary revenue stream is preferred. Cross-functional collaboration: Track record of partnering with Product and Engineering teams to develop and optimize landing pages, funnels
