Develop and maintain program plans, tracking mechanisms, status reports, and other execution artifacts. Identify risks early and drive appropriate resolution while maintaining a strong focus on execution quality, timelines, and measurable results. Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and team effectiveness as the business scales. Requirements: 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or cross-functional program leadership. Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to establish structure and maintain momentum across several initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Experience developing and maintaining program plans, tracking tools, status reporting, and execution frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into concise executive updates, recommendations, and actionable briefings.
