Head of International Alliances

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of International Alliances based in Germany. This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling strategic partnerships across Europe and MENA. You will shape an international alliances strategy spanning defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, technology companies, and emerging DefenseTech innovators. The role has a direct impact on revenue growth by expanding market access, strengthening customer propositions, and accelerating high-value opportunities. You will work closely with Sales while partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, Government Relations, and executive leadership. The environment is fast-moving, international, and mission-critical, with significant autonomy to build processes and partnerships from the ground up. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who can combine strategic thinking, complex deal-making, and hands-on execution.
